1. Scope of Services & Digital Products

Digital Products (E-Books)

All digital products, including travel guides and e-books, available through this Website are sold and fulfilled via Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a third-party Merchant of Record). When purchasing an e-book, your transaction is subject to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

AKAWA Sessions (Energy Work)

I offer AKAWA (Energy Work / Kundalini Activation) sessions. These sessions are designed to facilitate inner alignment, energetic flow, and spiritual growth. Sessions can be held online or in person, as specified during the booking process.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Participation Policy for AKAWA

Payment: Payment for AKAWA sessions must be made in full at the time of booking through the provided payment processor on the Website.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must notify me via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the session, are non-refundable.
Participation Requirements: For safety reasons, AKAWA sessions are not recommended for individuals with a history of severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis or schizophrenia), severe cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, or women who are pregnant (advanced stages). By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.

3. Important AKAWA & Energy Work Disclaimer

By using this Website or booking an AKAWA session, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Medical Treatment: AKAWA and the energy work provided are strictly for personal development and spiritual purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Personal Responsibility: My sessions are not a substitute for professional medical care. You assume full self-responsibility for your own well-being, your health, and any emotional or physical integration processes that may occur during or after a session.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, travel guides, and digital downloads, is the property of Tanja Kühne and is protected by international copyright laws.

Purchasing an e-book grants you a single, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your private use only.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or modify any part of the e-book or website content without my prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Tanja Kühne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Any physical, emotional, or psychological experiences resulting from participating in an AKAWA session.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the courts responsible for Bad Ragaz, Switzerland.
